Public Agreement

This document is an official public offer from the Seller to enter into a contract for the sale of goods.

his contract is public in nature, meaning that under Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are the same for all buyers, regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, or sole proprietor), without any privileges for any party. By entering into this contract, the buyer fully agrees to all conditions related to order placement, payment, delivery, returns, liability for fraudulent orders, and other provisions of the contract. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the buyer clicks the “Order” button on the order placement page and receives an order confirmation from the Seller in electronic form.

The terms of this contract govern the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer and are determined in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” (as of the version in effect at the time of contract acceptance) and the Rules for Retail Trade of Non-Food Products, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine No. 104 dated April 19, 2007.

1. Definitions

1.1. Acceptance – the full, unconditional, and unreserved acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of this offer without any exceptions, limitations, or reservations, in accordance with Part 2 of Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Acceptance can be made in the following ways:

1.2. Contract – a legal transaction entered into in the form of an adhesion contract in accordance with Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the terms of which are established by the Seller and can only be accepted by the Buyer by fully adhering to the proposed Contract.

1.3. Public Offer (Offer) – a public proposal by the Seller to an indefinite number of persons to enter into a sales contract for goods by remote means, on the terms outlined in this offer.

2. Subject of the Contract

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the ownership of the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this Contract.

2.2. The date of conclusion of this public contract (acceptance of the offer) and the moment of the full and unconditional acceptance of the Contract terms by the Buyer is the date when the Buyer completes the order form on the e-commerce website and receives an order confirmation from the Seller in electronic form.

2.3. The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement the Contract at any time without prior notice, with the changes taking effect two calendar days after their publication on the Website. The responsibility to stay informed about the current version of the Contract rests with the Buyer.
